An immunoglobulin profile test measures the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, and IgE in your blood:

• IgG: Found in your blood and tissue
• IgA: Found in high levels in fluids like saliva, tears, and nasal secretions
• IgM: Mostly found in your blood
• IgE: Mostly attached to immune system cells in your blood
